RULES FOR BOOKING AND USE OF THE PAJAMAS PARTY SERVICE PROVIDED BY FUNNY DREAMS:

 

1) Equipment

  • curtain

  • mattress

  • bed sheet

  • blanket

  • flags

  • decorative lights

  • night pillow with pillowcase

  • decorative pillows

  • small table

  • mat

  • night lights projector

  • led lightbox lamp

  • lanterns

 

The set-up will take place at the earliest in the morning of the scheduled date, the dismantling the next day  roughly around 11 am.

 

All the products  and objects  they are washed and sanitized each time they are used.

 

2) Booking and payment methods

A- the reservation is made by paying a deposit of 30%  of the total amount budgeted, paid through  wire transfer

 

Please indicate in the notes of the bank transfer: name, date and subject.

 

 

B- the balance must be paid on the day of the sleepover at the end of the set-up and net of the deposit, by cash or debit card  or credit card.

 

3) Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

- For free cancellation up to 14 days before the date of the event

- Charge of 30% of the total amount budgeted, or withholding of the deposit, for cancellations arrived within 14 days before the date of the event.  However, if this cancellation was motivated by the illness of the birthday boy or COVID quarantine, the deposit will be redirected  (and not withheld)  against a new booking. Due to illness, the date can be changed up to a maximum of two times after which the deposit is lost and withheld by funnydreams as compensation for preparation costs.

- At the same time, in case of unexpected impossibility to carry out the installation by Funny Dreams due to force majeure (e.g. illness or quarantine), Funny Dreams will undertake to return  in full the deposit or will offer the possibility to postpone the pigiama party defining the new date

4) Responsibility

The requestor for the service  is responsible for the correct use and care of the tents (huts) and accessories provided by Funny Dreams.

If damage is caused to materials, the following prices must be paid as rate for damages. The prices are including possible costs for disposal :

 

  • tent structure 100 CHF

  • curtain fabric 90 CHF

  • mattress 40 CHF

  • decorative cushion 40 CHF

  • projector 50 CHF

  • Lightbox led lamp 35 CHF

  • coffee table 35 CHF

  • mat 35 CHF

  • curtain head decoration 30 CHF

  • flags 25 CHF

  • Curtain lighting 25 CHF

  • Popcorn Machine 50 CHF

  • lamp with fake fire CHF 45
